As winter comes into full swing, there is plenty going on at Kyneton on Riverside. Homeowners of Stages 1 & 3 are finalising the construction of their new homes with only a couple of houses to be finished. The residents who have already moved in, are truly transforming the area into a vibrant new community.

New housing construction has also commenced in Stages 4 & 5. We are now seeing the wonderful style of the Kyneton on Riverside design guidelines coming to fruition. The front verandas, eaves and specific 25-degree pitched roofs have really set the Kyneton scene.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the domino effect on supply chain issues, labour shortages, and of course the weather, we have been delayed with the completion of stages 6 & 14. The good news is that we have made significant progress and we look forward to handing it over to the new owners in the coming months.
