Community Engagement Officer

Kyneton on Riverside is a master-crafted neighbourhood inspired by the rich character of Kyneton. Committed to our community we are looking for a self-motivated Community Engagement Officer to assist with delivering marketing strategies and community engagement projects.

Must be based in the Macedon Ranges shire, this role is 8-10 hours per week with flexible hours working from home and will involve working weekends at events.

This exciting role is suited to a driven individual who will become an advocate for Kyneton on Riverside by sharing our vision and developing relationships in the community.

The successful candidate will become an integral part of the Melbourne team, reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be required to plan, implement, and report on a range of projects and events. Specific tasks include engagement with residents, collaborating with sponsors and stakeholders as well as creating social media content.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven background in a community or customer relations role, with experience in planning and event management. Basic understanding of marketing, public relations and/or social media is required.
