On Saturday the 1st of April, Kyneton on Riverside hosted a free community Easter hunt for locals.
It was a chilly day but the turnout was great and the rain stayed away! Kids of all ages showed up and participated in our scavenger hunt, where they received yummy Easter eggs.
Suzana Bojkovski, Kyneton on Riverside’s marketing manager said, “It was a great day! It’s so lovely to see the excitement of the kids and to chat with families who are new to the area”.
“We love to see new homeowners and Kyneton locals come together, and you can really feel the sense of community beginning at Kyneton on Riverside.”
The Easter Bunny made a special appearance handing out chocolate eggs. We also had arts and craft from Pass-the-Parcel, Tim Tim the roaming entertainer and a footy clinic. Thank you to the Kyneton Football and Netball Club and The Lions Club for being a part of the day.
The winner of the colouring competition was three-year-old Hugo, who did a wonderful job of colouring in. He won a $50 gift voucher to The Donkeys Tale.
Thanks again to everyone who joined us to celebrate and look forward to the next event.
